Job description

What you'll be doing:

• Own and achieve individual sales targets for Canon Production Printers.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow market share in the commercial print segment.

Branch Support:

• Provide technical and sales support to branch teams across regions.
• Assist in branch-level product demonstrations, customer engagements, and solution proposals.

Product Expertise:

• Act as the subject matter expert for Canon Production Products and related production solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, workflow consultations, and application advice to customers.

Market Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and support Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic positioning.

Training & Enablement:

• Conduct training for internal teams / branches and customers on product features and applications.
• Conduct Demo to customers on product features and applications.
• Prepare product collateral, technical guides, and FAQs.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production printers or commercial printing solutions will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in sales achievement and customer engagement.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital printing workflows, color management, and finishing solutions will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple branches.
