You will provide solutions via phone, email, and remote support while logging cases into the CRM system. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in Computer or Accounting Studies and some experience is preferred. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication. The Customer Service Executives will be at the forefront of the company’s customer support operations, responsible for providing solutions and resolving technical issues raised by customers. You will engage with customers by answering product and service related inquiries, offering suggestions, providing solutions, and helping to attract potential customers. You will also be required to process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
