Upselling commission on selected items (more than 10 items, e.g., Brake pads, Tyres, Windscreen, Alignment, AC Service, etc)

What you’ll be doing
  • Attend to customer enquiries at the service reception/dialogue bay and issue job cards for proper documentation.
  • Monitor repair/service progress and update customers on vehicle status.
  • Provide technical advice and explanations to customers regarding their vehicles.
  • Communicate customer concerns to the technical team for accurate diagnosis.
  • Prepare quotations, secure approvals, and verify warranty coverage using maintenance records.
  • Place orders with the Parts Department and inform customers once parts arrive.
  • Liaise with Workshop Controller/Manager to ensure job quality before notifying customers for collection.
  • Deliver vehicles within the stipulated timeframe in clean and tidy condition.
  • Conduct follow-ups within 3 days of service/repair to obtain customer feedback.
  • Upsell approved products/services to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage customer concerns professionally and elevate to the manager when required.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within automotive or related service industry.
  • Diploma/Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with strong technical knowledge and customer‑handling skills.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Exposure to continental automotive brands (e.g., Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, MINI, Mercedes) is an added value.
  • Confident, dynamic, and customer‑oriented, able to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends while contributing to a collaborative, customer‑centric team culture.
  • Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
