Job summary
A leading educational institution in Malaysia is seeking a Vice President for ICT Operations to oversee strategic direction and operational excellence of ICT. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include developing ICT strategy, managing complex ICT teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery across multiple campuses. This role is crucial for supporting academic and research initiatives, requiring strong leadership and risk management capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in managing a large‑scale ICT Operations function.
- Experience in multi‑functional ICT teams management.
- Proven experience in a shared services or multi‑entity support model.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ICT Operations strategy and roadmap.
- Establish and enforce SLAs and SLCs with internal customers.
- Drive the Cloud strategy for operations and infrastructure services.
