We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Executive to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and execute events from start to finish, working closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful events. 1. Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget.
2. Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events.
3. Remain current (or ahead of the curve) with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
4. Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to establish the requirements for an event, and serve as liaison to senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process.
5. Locate resources, visit sites, and lead pre-event meetings to help staff make decisions about event design.
6. Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.

1. Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or project management, preferably in a marketing agency.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and pay close attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems on the spot, and make quick, strategic decisions.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and event management tools/software.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
