Position Summary:

Provide financial support to the Business Unit to achieve its goals, developing solutions for management accounting issues, and maintain close communication with operations to ensure mutual awareness of important financial conditions for the product line.

What You Will Do:

1. Manage the company's annual budgeting, quarterly financial rolling forecasts, monthly financial projections, and ad hoc requests.
2. Prepare financial analyses to support management decision-making, including business case development, scenario analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
3. Support monthly and quarterly actual-based cost reporting, perform cost driver analysis, and deliver ABC reports monthly.
4. Perform product cost analysis and assist with month-end closing activities.
5. Collaborate with operations and support teams to gather information, analyze data, and present findings and proposals to executive management.
6. Continuously seek improvements and simplifications in current processes, sharing ideas to enhance systems, reports, and models.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

• Financial expertise with a strong sensitivity to numbers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.
• Field of Study: [Specify]
• Experience: 3-5 years minimum.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
• CPA, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in profit and loss forecasting and analysis is preferred.
