Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Adhere and execute all required daily operation SOP's of the hub to the highest of standard
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership traits by managing route leaders and dispatchers to ensure they perform all daily operations
  • Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything goes smoothly
  • Anticipate based on forecast and ensure proper manpower planning. Responsible to recruit part time dispatchers during peak seasons
  • Ensure dispatcher's attendance and punctuality
  • Monitoring of dispatchers performance and carry out disciplinary actions to staffs where required
  • Controlling hub material inventory required for operations
  • Able to respond to complaints and answer any enquiries
  • Solve ad-hoc problems and provide effective solutions. Think out-of-the-box!

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Spoken & Written : English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
  • Able to work extra hours if required
  • Ability to be up for a challenge and handle pressure effectively
  • Ability to work 6 days a week
