Job Purpose
We are expanding our team and seeking an accomplished Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic organization. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions while driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s financial growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions in accordance with corporate timelines, guidelines, and policies.
- Lead and oversee the preparation and posting of journal entries, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities, including the preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives to optimize financial operations and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of key deliverables and KPIs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex financial data.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and commitment.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Prior experience in a similar senior-level role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
