Responsibilities:

Assist in issuing purchase orders and track deliveries to meet deadlines, quality, and specifications.

Inspect inventory, report discrepancies, and communicate proactively with suppliers.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and place orders based on sales trends.

Prepare documentation for payments and maintain accurate records of invoices/delivery notes.

Generate weekly purchasing reports and support administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
