About the role

This is a full-time Administrative Executive role based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will be a key member of the administration team at COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD., supporting the smooth running of the office and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls for sales, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Prepare and send quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely feedback and move deals forward.

Support senior executives in finalizing deals and contracts.

Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and terms for requested goods or services.

Prepare and send invoices to clients once deals are confirmed.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedules.

Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.

Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.

Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

What we're looking for

Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications in any relevant fields.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Fluent English in written and spoken. Able to converse in other language(s) is an added advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

1-2 years working experience in IT industry will be an advantage.
