Responsibilities
- Execute a 360 recruitment cycle for Business Development and Recruitment.
- Assist clients in end-to-end cooperation processes.
- Provide consultation and solutions to clients.
- Source candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews and propose suitable candidates to clients.
- Handle the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing until the candidate’s join date.
- Maintain relationships and actively communicate with clients.
- Maintain relationships with candidates after placement.
- Develop talent pipelines and network aggressively.
