Human Resources Executive / Senior Executive (Payroll & HRIS Specialist)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented HR professional to join their HR team, supporting human resource operations through efficient management of the HRM and payroll systems.
Payroll Preparation & Processing
- Processing monthly payroll via SAP SF System for our Main Run and 2 Pay Run including wage and overtime payments, calculations and recording of payroll deductions, and request for paychecks advances.
- Processing ad‑hoc Festival Advance Run and yearly Annual Wage Supplement Run and IRAS Reporting.
- Verifies HR advice, notification records and maintains Time & Attendance records.
- Reviews payroll before finalizing to ensure accuracy.
- Prepares and process employees’ paychecks via direct deposit using the Finance System.
- Prepares Journal Voucher (JV) and update monthly payroll cost allocation in Finance System.
- Assist your team members (based in Singapore) with daily activities and issues.
- Generates, verifies, reconciles, and acknowledges monthly payroll reports.
- Prepares and verifies monthly Payroll Schedule including payroll bank statement.
- Prepares and process Debit and Credit Notes on payroll cost allocations.
- Prepares and reconciles periodic reports of the prior year earnings, tax, and deductions.
HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, LMS, and PMGM modules.
- Manage HRIS Sync between EC and other modules to ensure accurate data flow.
- Oversee payroll replication and integration between EC and ECP.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR users across all modules.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user manuals for HRIS functionalities.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline workflows and enhance system usability.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancements.
- Participate in HRIS‑related projects including upgrades, module rollouts, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for system updates and troubleshooting.
- Manage role‑based permissions and ensure data privacy standards are upheld.
- Support internal and external audits related to HRIS and payroll systems.
- Maintain configuration documentation, change logs, and SOPs.
- Ensure proper change management protocols are followed for system updates.
