Job summary

A technology solutions firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead recruitment processes, particularly for IT roles. Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a strong focus on IT roles such as software developers, network engineers, and system administrators.

Oversee HR operations including accurate maintenance of employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and administration of staff benefits.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes to support staff development.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.

Supervise daily office administration including office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment management.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient business operations.

Organize and support company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare HR and administrative reports.

Provide guidance and support to management on HR strategies, policies, and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of HR & Admin experience, including at least 2 years in IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical job requirements and proven ability to assess IT candidates effectively.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
