A technology solutions firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead recruitment processes, particularly for IT roles. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, planning employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Ideal candidates possess 4–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Human Resources, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a strong focus on IT roles such as software developers, network engineers, and system administrators.
Oversee HR operations including accurate maintenance of employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and administration of staff benefits.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes to support staff development.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
Supervise daily office administration including office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment management.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient business operations.
Organize and support company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare HR and administrative reports.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR strategies, policies, and ad-hoc projects.
