A leading technology company in Malaysia is seeking an Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating sales leads and maintaining relationships with customers. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills are essential for success in meeting sales targets.
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves identifying customer needs, managing accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is MANDATORY to liaise with clients and partners from China and Hong Kong. A Mandarin speaker is preferred, as the role involves regular communication with customers from these regions.
