IT Executive (Support)

The IT Executive (Support) is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for all IT-related systems and equipment within the company. This includes hardware, software, network devices, CCTV systems, and telephone setups. The role ensures smooth daily operations by resolving technical issues promptly and implementing best practices for IT systems reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and software applications.
  • Maintain and monitor network equipment, including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi access points.
  • Set up, configure, and support company mobile devices and desk phones (VoIP/PABX).
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR, and monitoring stations.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and file permissions.
  • Perform regular hardware and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and equipment lifecycle planning.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, new installations, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices are followed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to IT setup.
  • Prepare simple technical documentation and reports when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with CCTV systems and phone setups is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to travel to sites when required.
