A leading food corporation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager HR for their team in Selangor. This full-time position involves managing recruitment processes, payroll administration, and supporting employee relations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in a senior HR role, strong knowledge of HR best practices, and holds a relevant degree. Candidates with IHRM or CIPD certification will be preferred.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager HR to join our dynamic team at Tehmag Foods Corporation Sdn Bhd. In this full‑time role based in Seksyen 25 Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a vital part in shaping our organisation's human resources strategy and supporting our growing workforce.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
Build and maintain effective recruitment channels to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
Handle monthly payroll administration.
Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, onboarding and exit formalities.
Support performance management, staff training and development initiatives.
Address employee relations matters, providing advice and solutions to maintain a positive workplace.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
At least 4-6 years of experience in a senior HR generalist.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices and HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Proactive problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Proficient in HR data analysis and report generation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related field.
IHRM or CIPD certification is an advantage.
