Position Summary

• Perform detailed proofreading of labeling content.
• Ensures that labeling updates reflects all the requested content and/or changes.
• Maintains current knowledge of applicable industry and corporate polices; possesses a working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Document Control departments' relevant procedures.
• Responds to requests for labeling change updates / statuses.
• Responsible for interactions with internal labeling staff and labeling customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of labeling proofreading projects.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees to achieve department goals and objectives and maintain good employee relations.
• Adhere to and ensures the compliance of all company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Support audits if needed.
• Provide general administrative back-up as required.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Minimum diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 yrs Experience in medical device or related industry
