Job summary

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3‑5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B industries.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Q3F, Oracle, or similar).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and ISO standards
  • Handle accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support external and internal audits with required documentation
  • Guide and supervise junior accounting staff when necessary
  • Provide occasional backup support to Procurement, such as handling purchase requests, supplier communication, and urgent orders when required
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate financial data flow
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls
  • Oversee and coordinate stock take activities to ensure the stock is properly reconciled, and identify variances
