A leading home appliance manufacturer is seeking a Sales Executive to develop sales strategies and manage accounts in Kuching, Malaysia. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Responsibilities include expanding dealer business, managing stock inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsible to ensure that the AR’s performance of the branches is up to date and closely monitored. All AR must be collected within the stipulated period. Ensure compliance with the Credit policies and liaise with Credit Control on AR performance and issues.
Provide accurate sales forecast and maintain healthy stock inventory at all times and follow company guidelines in Stock Holding. Maintain and monitor demo stock within Company’s requirement. Minimize obsolete stock and slow‑moving stocks.
Ensure that daily functions are performed in accordance with the Company’s guides and policies. Disseminate sales information to dealers and gather market feedback from dealers.
Undertake any other responsibility that is given or assigned by the Management and provide support to HODs at all times.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre‑U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Must be proactive, able to work independently, have good interpersonal skills, be extroverted, able to work under pressure and committed. Preferably Senior Executives / Assistant Manager specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
