Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies to expand business in the assigned dealers with the sales manager and aim for positive business growth and healthy expansion.
  • Plan sales & marketing activities to strengthen our branding awareness and presence in the assigned dealers.
  • Keep abreast with the development and competition in the assigned dealers and feed this information to the respective Heads of department as and when required.
  • Ensure that the HQ sales objectives and sales strategies are carried out accordingly at dealer level.
  • Ensure achieving monthly sales target set by management.
Account Receivables

Responsible to ensure that the AR’s performance of the branches is up to date and closely monitored. All AR must be collected within the stipulated period. Ensure compliance with the Credit policies and liaise with Credit Control on AR performance and issues.

Stock Management

Provide accurate sales forecast and maintain healthy stock inventory at all times and follow company guidelines in Stock Holding. Maintain and monitor demo stock within Company’s requirement. Minimize obsolete stock and slow‑moving stocks.

Administration

Ensure that daily functions are performed in accordance with the Company’s guides and policies. Disseminate sales information to dealers and gather market feedback from dealers.

Other Duties

Undertake any other responsibility that is given or assigned by the Management and provide support to HODs at all times.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre‑U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Must be proactive, able to work independently, have good interpersonal skills, be extroverted, able to work under pressure and committed. Preferably Senior Executives / Assistant Manager specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
