Job Title: Software Engineer/Programmer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing and modifying existing software as well as designing, constructing and testing end-user applications that meet user needs through software programming languages.
2. Encoding project requirements by converting workflow information into computer language.
3. Confirming project requirements by reviewing program objectives, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
4. Executing full lifecycle software development.
5. Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code.
6. Confirming program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
7. Troubleshooting applications, network problems, diagnosing and solving related software bugs.
8. Analyzing, following up and resolving any support inquiries from customers.
9. Collaborating with the team to identify, troubleshoot and find resolution for technical problems.
10. Continuously maintaining, improving and sharing technical knowledge and exploring new technologies together with the team.
11. Able to prioritize and manage multiple open cases at a time.
12. Able to work outside of normal working hours or weekends occasionally to support operations running 24x7.

Requirements:

1. University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
2. Strong working and technical knowledge in the following areas: .NET Framework, C#, CSS, Java, Web programming, Database (SQL, Oracle), HTML5, JSON, Web services (Rest/Soap) API, etc.
3. Candidate must be independent, have a proactive working attitude, be passionate about programming skills, results-oriented, and have a strong desire to succeed.
4. Strong communication skills – both written, oral, and presentation in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and customer-focused with an outgoing personality and analytical mind.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Permanent Position

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range: RM3,000.00 to RM5,000.00
