Position Overview

The Operations Process Analyst is responsible for production forecasting, financial modeling, project management, standardization of operating procedures, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing center.

Responsibilities
  • Financial modeling to support business initiatives.
  • Trend scrap rates, reclaim data, cell performance metrics, and keep production models updated.
  • Create presentations for executive leadership.
  • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Interprets data to aid in decision making and prioritization of process improvements.
  • Manages cost and time constraints on new or existing processes.
  • Autonomously identifies, plans, and executes cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Maintains and publishes operating scorecards to track work and projects.
  • Develops standardized operating instructions and reliability best practices.
  • Coordinate projects, work streams, and activities across multiple crew/shifts.
  • Provide backup support for production posting.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or operations
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume, discrete-part assembly production environment
  • Must be a team oriented, detailed individual with a strong work ethic and autonomous nature
  • Process oriented and uses data to make decisions/tell stories
  • Advanced proficiency in standard computer/MSOffice systems. Fundamental knowledge of ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
  • Preferred familiarity with cGMP guidelines and ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 regulations.
  • Preferred experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience in operation of automated production equipment.
  • Must possess the initiative and drive for continual improvement.
  • Must be able to fulfill job responsibilities in a fast-paced/high-volume production environment.
