We are representing our client who provides advanced digital infrastructure, from traditional telco services to modern IT technologies, and works with customers to drive their business innovations. As they continue to expand their business in Malaysia, they are looking for a Network Engineer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a Network Engineer, you will partner with our Project Teams in a technical role. You will provide site survey, network architecture design guidance, installation and configuration, and explain how product features and solutions benefit our customers and meet their needs.
• In this role, you will cover Malaysia technical support. As a trusted service provider, you will handle network technical issues on customers' sites (remotely or onsite).
• You will work with a wide variety of technologies and will therefore need strong collaborative and self-learning skills to understand technical issues and corresponding solutions.
• To sharpen your technical skills, you will work with our vendor's technical team, such as Cisco, HP Aruba, Forti, Singtel, and Starhub.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot experience in enterprise network, such as routers, switches, SD-WAN, firewalls, WiFi AP, and other various network-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or Master in Computer Science, Management Information, Computer Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of Telco, Networking, or IT-related experience.
• Familiarity with WAN / LAN Networking technologies.
• Hands-on working knowledge of Routers, Switches, SD-WAN, Firewalls, and WiFi AP.
• An active technology certificate is preferred, such as CCNA / CCNP.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (due to business requirement) with excellent verbal communication.
• Must be willing to travel.

Job Info:

• Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
• Annual leave: 12 days
