Oversee daily operation and preventive maintenance of:

• Chiller plant, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
• Compressed air and vacuum systems
• Fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, pumps)
• Plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems
• Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate calibration and servicing of mechanical equipment.

• Oversee preliminary engineering activities based on equipment layout and production plans, ensuring smooth transition to the design and execution phases.
• Support and verify procurement and execution phases to maintain quality and scope as defined in project documentation.

• Provide technical recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Perform root cause analysis for power interruptions or equipment failures.

• Support installation, modification, and upgrading of mechanical systems.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with local codes and standards (e.g., BOMBA, DOSH).
• Support facility audits and inspections.
• Ensure all maintenance works follow safety procedures and permit‑to‑work (PTW) systems.

• Monitor mechanical systems’ energy and water consumption.
• Support sustainability and green building initiatives.
