What would you do?
  • Corporate Development is mandated to drive value creation, assess existing assets, and secure greater access to growth markets and technologies through portfolio optimization and strategic alignment.
  • Assist the Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer in planning and implementing strategies, oversees the activities and performance of all business verticals to ensure targets/objectives are met, lead, and execute corporate transactions like fundraising programs, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships/investments, identify and champion new strategic opportunities and partnerships needed to drive growth. Work with internal stakeholders to maximize revenue and profitability generation, productivity, and impact of overall business efforts.
  • Provide personal assistance and administrative support to direct superior.
  • Coordinate, organize and provide a range of secretarial support for the team.
  • Implement measures/database to ensure accuracy and filing of records of documents.
  • Inter-department and internal department communication and relationship building.
  • Uphold certain risk and compliance policy and work within guidelines.
  • Meeting coordination (Internal & External), event coordination, photocopying, filing, claims, travel planning/Itineraries/bookings, phone calls, calendar management, cleanliness of office, anticipating problems and forward-thinking solutions, high standard of work ethics and confidentiality, and any other ad hoc task planning.
  • Support for new staff, maintaining stationery, meeting room bookings, claims, travel booking, attendance list, filing, typing documents, general coordination as the need arises, cleanliness of the department.
  • Information is well maintained, staff records are updated, indexes are maintained, documents are kept confidentially and appropriately, organize folders to ensure easy access by team members, track and monitor certain operational lists, maintain monthly claim reports.
Who should join us?
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holder with relevant experience.
  • Have experience in office management procedures and general administrative duties.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage different requests at the same time.
  • Ability to manage and work with multiple team members with different requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Specialization: Clerical/Administrative Industry: Banking / Finance.
