You will manage the Chairman's busy calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle personal errands, maintaining high discretion at all times. We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Personal Assistant to the Chairman. This role supports the Chairman with an active schedule that includes corporate & personal duties.

This is a dynamic, on-the-go position suitable for someone who is energetic, organised, and comfortable handling both business and personal tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings, sending timely reminders.
  • Follow up on pending matters, updates, and commitments made by the Chairman.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including overseas trips, and accompany the Chairman whenever required.
  • Handle expense claims, invoices, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Run personal errands including shopping, bill payments, and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Support daily operational needs which may change frequently.
  • Work primarily outside the office, often on the move.
Requirements
  • Physically fit and able to travel at any time.
  • Strong command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written).
  • Possess a valid passport and own transport.
  • Willing to work overtime, including evenings or weekends when necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Adaptable to dynamic daily tasks and changing schedules.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
