Job summary

A health-focused organization in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive for planning and executing corporate events and wellness programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience as an Event Executive, preferably with a background in Pharmacy or health science. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate to Bukit Raja Klang, and experience in health screenings is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as an Event Executive or coordinator.
• Experience in Pharmacy or health science preferred.
• Candidates with Dietitian or Pharmacy Assistant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, wellness programs, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate event logistics including setup and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective event delivery.
