Job summary

- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of construction projects, focusing on M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems and data centre facilities.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Analyze project risks and implement strategies for mitigation.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, M&E, and data centre projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experienced in dealing with government agencies and authorities
