• Lead and manage technology delivery for the Deposits module in Silverlake Core Banking.
• Plan and execute Release Management processes including deployment coordination and production readiness.
• Oversee Quality Assurance activities: test planning, test case review, defect management, and QA sign-off.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, operations) for timely and quality-driven releases.
• Ensure compliance with internal control and audit requirements during release cycles.
• Provide status updates, risk assessments, and delivery timelines to business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendor and internal teams to manage change requests, patch deployments, and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for release schedules, QA metrics, and issue logs.

• Experience Level: Senior (L3 – 6 to 9 years).
• Location: Kuala Lumpur.
• Domain: Core Banking, Silverlake Deposits.
• Environment: AS400.
• Role Type: Tech Delivery Manager with strong project leadership abilities and a background in core banking system implementations or maintenance.
