This is a rare opportunity to take full P&L ownership of a strategic hub, driving growth and operational excellence within our global network. We are looking for a bilingual leader who can bridge our Malaysian operations with global and Greater China markets.

Serve as the leader of our Malaysian operations with full P&L responsibility, making critical decisions to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen our local market presence and global supply chain capabilities.

Optimize financial performance by managing cash conversion cycles and return on invested capital (ROIC).

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse local team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Act as a key liaison between Malaysia and global headquarters, leveraging your fluency in Mandarin and English to engage with stakeholders across regions.
