Job summary
A financial services provider in Port Klang is seeking individuals to handle daily branch operations and manage compliance affairs. Candidates must have a minimum qualification of Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. The role requires excellent customer service skills and at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is an opportunity for those with backgrounds in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Skills: Computer literacy and strong customer service orientation.
- Preferably ex-bankers or executives with relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily branch operations, administration, and internal control functions.
- Manage company compliance affairs and support IT operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support branch operational efficiency.
