Una empresa de importación y exportación busca un profesional para coordinar operaciones de Importación Virtual en Mexicali. La persona será responsable de reconciliar informes, preparar facturas, y asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas. Se requiere título profesional y experiencia en el área. Formación

• Experiencia en coordinación de operaciones de Importación y Exportación.
• Conocimiento de Oracle para el control de inventarios.
• Capacidad para preparar y validar facturas de importación.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar operaciones de Importación Virtual.
• Reconciliar informes de proveedores con datos en Oracle.
• Preparar y elaborar pedimentos para operaciones virtuales.
• Validar y gestionar pagos de operaciones virtuales en tiempo.

Descripción y detalle de las actividades

• Responsible for the coordination of Virtual Import operations.
• Responsible for reconciling supplier reports vs. what was entered in Oracle, for inventory control purposes.
• Responsible for the preparation of virtual import invoices.
• Responsible for the elaboration of pedimentos V1 for virtual operations.
• Responsible for the validation and payment, as well as the fulfillment of virtual operations within the first 10 business days of the month.
• Responsible for monitoring compliance and updating of the USMCA for V1 operations - Responsible for analyzing operations in which the use of an international treaty is applied to exempt taxes on imports and / or exports.
• Responsible for Definitive Imports operations - Responsible for fixed asset imports in coordination with the finance department - Responsible for supervising the correct filling of the petition in all the import and export codes according to annex 22 and solving the audits detected by the validation system.
• Responsible for keeping the import operations file up to date and with all the required documentation (Pedimento, Hoja de Cálculo, Manifestación de Valor, etc.) - Responsible for other activities related to his function and objective of the department indicated by him or by the Manager.
