A leading optics company is seeking a USMCA Compliance Sr. Supervisor to lead compliance operations at their manufacturing facility in Mexico. The role involves ensuring compliance with the USMCA for multi-origin spectacle lenses, managing audits, and conducting training in both English and Spanish. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in a maquiladora or IMMEX environment. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and proficiency in an ERP system like Oracle are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of USMCA/NAFTA compliance experience in a maquiladora or IMMEX environment.
• Strong knowledge of US Harmonized Tariff Schedule & Annex 401.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure lens products meet USMCA tariff shift criteria.
• Collect and verify supplier Certificates of Origin per regulations.
• Lead audit responses and prepare for regulatory audits.
