A leading travel coordination company seeks a Travel and Trade Coordinator in Xico, Veracruz. The role involves assisting in executing annual plans, managing stakeholders, and engaging with travel associations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Tourism or related fields, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish. Skills in analysis, public speaking, and knowledge of Google tools are essential. Experience in destination marketing is a plus.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in travel and tourism.
• Strong writing skills in English for reporting.
• Ability to analyze and research international travel information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving the fiscal year plan with the customer.
• Inform stakeholders about ongoing activities in Mexico.
• Collaborate with travel sector associations and government institutions.

Descripción del empleo

The Travel and Trade Coordinator will help the Head of the account to achieve all the FY plan agreed previously with the costumer and inform proper stakeholders about the activities we are carrying out in Mexico.

Bachelor ´s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business Administration, International Relations.

Experience working with tour operators, airlines, travel tourism, and principal OTA ´s in Mexico.

Experience with bilingual reports (English writing skills)

Reporting activities and results of daily operations

Knowledge of mailing platforms (Prezly)

Experience with google tools

Abilities in analysis and research of international travel information

Public speaking and training abilities

Excellent communication skills and teamworking

Experience in destination marketing

Relations with associations and government institutions in the travel sector

Experience on destinations representation in Mexico USA visa required

Bilingual 100% English and Spanish, French is a plus.
