• 5+ years of experience in Trade Floor Voice, especially with Dealerboards.
• Advanced knowledge in VoIP and SIP telephony.
• Experience in supporting infrastructure on a 24/7 basis.

• Lead the design and management of Trade Floor infrastructure.
• Resolve operational issues across multiple business lines.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory engagements.
