Formación

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of experience in Field Service / Sales / Metal Coatings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Systems, and SAP.
  • Solid experience in B2B coatings sales/service.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

  • Solve technical issues across multiple product groups.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer insights.
  • Support sales teams with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and growth strategies.
Qualifications
