Technical Program Manager

About In All Media

In All Media is a global technology and digital services company that partners with leading organizations to design, build, and scale complex software platforms. We specialize in delivering high-impact solutions across data, cloud, AI, and platform engineering, working with distributed, cross-functional teams to solve technically demanding challenges at scale.

About the Project

Our client is transitioning its focus toward the data center market, leveraging deep expertise in energy systems and large-scale enterprise operations to address power consumption challenges. The initiative centers on building a power management system designed to optimize energy usage in data centers, integrate data from diverse power devices, and automate operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce strain on the electrical grid.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering delivery for our client’s power management platform. This role is accountable for execution under tight timelines, coordination across backend, platform, DevOps, QA, and frontend teams, and the management of vendor transitions. The ideal candidate balances speed and quality, ensuring production‑ready outcomes while maintaining strong development velocity in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end program delivery and execution against aggressive Q1 timelines.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and program-level planning, including sprint planning, PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate work across backend, platform, DevOps, QA, and frontend engineering teams.
  • Manage vendor transition activities to ensure continuity and avoid delivery disruptions.
  • Maintain delivery velocity while enforcing production-quality standards and operational reliability.
  • Proactively remove blockers, identify and elevate risks, and align stakeholders on commitments and priorities.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering leaders to drive delivery from incomplete or evolving specifications through rapid iteration cycles.
Required Qualifications
  • Senior-level experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs, typically 7+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager role.
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Backlogs, and Sprint management.
  • Strong Agile delivery expertise, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint execution.
  • Practical experience with GitHub workflows, including pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews.
  • Solid technical foundation, ideally as a former engineer or equivalent, with the ability to understand system architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with incomplete specifications and drive fast, iterative delivery.
  • Experience leading teams that actively use AI‑assisted tools, with the ability to incorporate AI‑aware practices into delivery and team workflows.
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Experience working on platform-centric or infrastructure‑heavy products.
  • Exposure to cloud or edge delivery programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing vendor transitions without slowing development or delivery.
  • Background or domain exposure in power management, energy systems, or data center operations.
Work Modality

Remote, with preference for U.S.-based candidates. Core working hours must overlap with Central Time to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders. Occasional travel to client sites or team meetups may be required.

Why Join In All Media

You will join In All Media at a critical stage of a high-impact initiative, working with our client as they expand into the data center and energy optimization space. This role offers the opportunity to lead a technically complex program, influence cross-functional engineering practices, and contribute to solutions that improve energy efficiency and reduce strain on power infrastructure at scale.
