About The Role

We're looking for a Technical Content Creator with a strong background in SaaS, online communities, and digital marketing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and storytelling: someone who can break down complex SaaS concepts and turn them into clear, engaging, high‑value content. You'll be responsible for creating content that supports product education, brand awareness, and community engagement. Your work will directly support marketing, growth, and customer enablement by producing content that is accurate, insightful, and aligned with how people interact across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Create high‑quality written content including blog posts, guides, tutorials, product explainers, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Develop and execute content strategies that speak to digital marketers, SaaS users, and community‑driven brands.
• Create platform‑specific content optimized for Reddit and similar online communities.
• Translate technical SaaS features into accessible, user‑friendly language.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate content drafts, ideate topics, and optimize messaging.
• Collaborate with internal growth, product, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Continuously research trends in digital marketing, community growth, AI tools, and online engagement.
• Ensure consistency of tone, style, and voice across all content formats.

What You Bring

• Experience as a content creator, technical writer, or digital marketer — preferably in SaaS, tech, or automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Reddit and other online communities, including how people behave, interact, and engage with different types of content.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging narratives tailored for digital audiences.
• Experience using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to ideate, draft, and refine content.
• Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and complexity based on audience.
• Strong research skills and the ability to produce accurate, well‑structured technical content.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to propose new content ideas and strategies.

• Prior experience working with SaaS companies or startups.
• Hands‑on experience creating content specifically for Reddit engagement.
