This role involves overseeing inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations, and training staff on procedures. The ideal candidate should have a background in engineering or life science, with at least one year of experience in similar roles, including audits and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards is essential.

Formación

Job Details

Incoming Supervisor

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating the group of quality inspectors, verify proper start of operations in areas of production, product official documents, and following the procedures for packaging and shipping process through quality inspectors.
  • Responsible for overseeing that the quality inspectors are trained in the proper procedures for carrying out their work.
  • Responsible for all products that are in the quarantine area, checking its management, control and destination.
  • Responsible to ensure the proper disposal of the material found in the quarantine area.
  • Responsible for monitoring the inspector in charge of product testing validation and introduction of new products.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality, according to procedures, specifications and guidelines established within the plant.
  • Responsible for the reporting of scrap that is generated by product testing. Perform visual and functional inspection applicable to the disposal of the product.
  • Monitor daily diary compliance QSR and ISO compliance in the manufacturing floor. Ensures control of raw material, work in process, finished goods, and sterilized product to prevent release of materials and products not approved.
  • With minimal direction conducts research on customer complaints as well as participate in the management of internal CAPA.
  • Responsible for site internal audit coordination/internal auditor.
  • Manage the Corrective Action Program processes (CAPA). Determine whether the actions proposed by the areas of manufacturing and manufacturing materials, keep track corrective actions, track these actions, and determine if the actions have been effective.
  • Develop and write procedures and instructions for handling customer complaints.
  • Engage quality engineering and direct actions required to correct defects.
  • Prepares and provides tend reports.
  • Must ensure compliance with all regulations, Mexican regulations and internal policies Haemonetics in health, safety and environmental.

  • B in Engineering or Life Science discipline or related technical field. Required.
Experience
  • 1 year similar position. Required.
  • Proven experience in the coordination and control of quarantine areas. Required.
  • Proven experience in the coordination and control of quarantine areas. Required.
  • Experience in process and customer audits. Required.
  • Experience handling reports of materials, waste, material tested. Required.
  • Proven experience in managing quality reports, production quantities and materials, in addition to statistical graphics. Required.

Training & Certifications
