POSITION

Performance Marketing Supervisor

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across the LATAM region, based in Mexico City. The role aims to ensure investment efficiency, sustainable results growth, and a direct impact on demand generation, pipeline, and revenue, in alignment with the company’s regional and global priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement, and lead the regional performance marketing strategy and KPIs for LATAM.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between marketing, sales, and business objectives across the different countries in the region.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns across multiple markets, including Google Ads and Meta.
  • Manage the regional budget, ensuring monthly pacing control and efficient investment allocation by country.
  • Lead A/B tests, regional pilot projects, and cross‑market scaling initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reports for regional and global stakeholders.
  • Ensure standardization, quality, and accuracy of data in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure lead quality, qualification criteria (MQL and SQL), and governance of the regional funnel.
  • Optimize the customer journey from acquisition to revenue conversion, while respecting the specific needs of each market.
  • Manage regional and local media agencies, as well as technology providers.
  • Ensure execution aligned with global brand guidelines, compliance policies, and data protection regulations applicable in each country.
  • Supervise regional analysts and external partners.
  • Define team priorities, follow‑up routines, and development plans.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Marketing or similar
  • Deep experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong command of paid media, acquisition funnel, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing regional budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Regional strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
  • Analytical profile, data‑driven and results‑oriented.
  • Clear communication with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, autonomy, and prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative leadership and a hands‑on attitude.
  • Advanced English.
