A leading technology company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Supervisor I Molding to oversee production operators and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, providing training, and preparing necessary reports to achieve production goals.

• Availability for special shifts (12 hours).

We are looking for a Supervisor I Molding to join our Juarez, Mexico Team.

Responsibilities

It is responsible for supervising the work of production operators, production technicians, group leaders to achieve production goals and objectives with quality specifications and within cost parameters, including the responsibility for the coordination of the material resources necessary to comply with the daily plan and the preparation of statistical and administrative reports.

Ensure that the personnel who are responsible for them are working in accordance with the company\'s regulations and policies, including ethical conduct and integrity. Ensure that all production personnel receive the necessary training for the performance of a good function according to established procedures.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering related area (preferred)
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Offices: Knowledge of MS Office.
• Availability for special shifts (12 hours)
• Communication: Ability to communicate openly and cordially at all levels of the organization and personnel management.
