We are looking for a Supervisor I Molding to join our Juarez, Mexico Team.
It is responsible for supervising the work of production operators, production technicians, group leaders to achieve production goals and objectives with quality specifications and within cost parameters, including the responsibility for the coordination of the material resources necessary to comply with the daily plan and the preparation of statistical and administrative reports.
Ensure that the personnel who are responsible for them are working in accordance with the company\'s regulations and policies, including ethical conduct and integrity. Ensure that all production personnel receive the necessary training for the performance of a good function according to established procedures.
