The candidate will be responsible for optimizing operations and managing catering aspects, requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong personal selling and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in both English and Spanish, are essential. This role involves planning and servicing events while ensuring top-notch guest experiences.

Formación

• 3-5 years experience as a Catering or Conference Services Manager in a full-service resort or hotel.
• 2 years selling and servicing the Corporate and Social markets and handling weddings.

Responsabilidades

• Raise efficiency and effectiveness of Catering & Conference Services Department operations.
• Plan, sell, and service catering & conference business.
• Assume full responsibility for the operation in the absence of the Director.

Responsibilities

Raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operation of the Catering & Conference Services Department while personally planning, selling and servicing catering & conference business. In the absence of the Director of Catering & Conference Services, assume full responsibility for the operation of the Catering & Conference Services Department.

Education

College education preferred

Experience

3-5 Years experience as a Catering or Conference Services Manager in a full service resort or hotel, of which 2 years was specifically selling and servicing the Corporate and Social markets and handling weddings.
