The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to enhance operational excellence and meet shipping targets in a dynamic environment. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential. This position supports the fulfillment of critical business objectives.

Formación

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High English language proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with scheduled ship dates.
• Respond to customer expedite requests.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and planning reports.
