A global machinery manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources Manager responsible for implementing HR strategies and providing support across all HR functions. The role involves collaborating with management, overseeing HR services, and fostering employee engagement. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong business acumen and leadership skills. This full-time position is located in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and requires in-office attendance five days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate closely with management as a proactive advisor on HR initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end HR services including recruitment and onboarding.

• Act as a trusted coach, offering guidance to leaders on HR matters.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals.
