A leading sustainable mobility technology company in Puebla is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs. You will manage the recruitment process, oversee onboarding and training, and act as a key HR expert for employees. The ideal candidate should have a background in Business Administration or similar fields, with at least 2 years of experience in labor relations and compliance with labor law. Formación

• Minimum 2 years in labor relations with Union.
• Experience with compliance to labor contracts, internal regulations, and policies.
• Solid understanding of labor law.
