A leading medical device company is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Project Specialist in Tijuana. This role involves leading projects to deliver economic value and requires a Bachelor's degree along with minimum 4 years of strategic sourcing experience. In this role, you will be a key member of Medtronic’s center-led Indirect Supply Management (ISM) team and will report to the ISM Ops Network leader. This is a global project-based role that allows you to partner with stakeholders across many functions, regions, and businesses to drive value. You will be assigned specific manufacturing sites and will have direct responsibility for identifying, initiating, and executing improvement projects that reduce spend and generate value within indirect categories. You will partner with the center-led category management teams to implement pan-Medtronic procurement strategies and provide critical input to drive future strategies.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply to others).
