About the Role

Responsibilities and Impact
  • Define and manage the product backlog for data integration and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with development teams to design, build, and deploy solutions using Informatica (ETL) and SQL‑based platforms.
  • Ensure data pipelines and workflows meet performance, quality, and security standards.
  • Prioritize and groom backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Informatica workflows, mappings, and transformations.
  • Write and review complex SQL queries to validate data quality and transformations.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Software Engineer, or Data Integration Specialist.
  • 4+ years of experience with Informatica or a similar ETL tool.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including query writing, performance tuning, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, relational databases, and cloud data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust, and scalable architectures and solutions.
  • Experience facilitating functional design and technical design for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
