Sr. Program Manager, Brand Protection LATAM, Trustworthy Shopping Experience

Amazon is inventing on behalf of rights owners and is focused on building the largest and most extensive brand protection program in the world. As intellectual property owners have different needs compared to Sellers, we are inventing ways to detect product authenticity, product integrity, as well as copyright, trademark, and other product quality issues. Partnering with our worldwide product owners, you will help to launch, operate, localize and expand Brand Protection tools and programs. You will closely collaborate with multiple internal teams including Product, Tech, and Program teams to improve current processes in LATAM and actively train local business teams.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Serve as the subject matter expert for Brand Protection Program, in addition to owning the management, deliverables, and reporting of marketing materials.
  2. Develop and align Brand Owner journeys with relevant content, campaigns, activities, and initiatives for each solution and ensure cross-functional Amazon Business teams are aligned to these journeys.
  3. Identify and package relevant marketing materials based on defined Brand Owner journey maps with the objective of helping new Brand Owners protect their Brand on Amazon
  4. Build strong relationships across with Global Brand Protection teams to ensure efforts are aligned with other content strategies and objectives, including localizing Geo-relevant content.
  5. Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to global stakeholders to ensure clarity on content activities, status, goals, and results.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Strong program/project management skills with sufficient autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master\'s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Portuguese
