Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quality engineering initiatives, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement advanced quality assurance strategies and processes to enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle, including design, development, and manufacturing.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
  • Perform risk assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and design of experiments (DOE).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in quality processes.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or industrial hardware.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and testing.
  • Passion for innovation and mentoring engineering talent.
  • Ensure designs meet regulatory standards (e.g., IEC, UL, RoHS).
