Join the dream team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Spa Supervisor. This ultra‑luxury ocean‑front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 residences. Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open‑air fitness centre designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, a spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and the Clubhouse perched above the resort with sweeping ocean views. The Clubhouse is being designed as the place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people, featuring a lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining and a bridal suite.

The role of the Spa Supervisor

The Spa Supervisor will assist the reception in coordinating, supervising and successfully completing all related Spa front operations. The individual will also be responsible for enforcing new cleaning standards policies in the spa, spa rooms, wet areas, fitness pool, and for coordinating all room assignments and special guest preferences with Housekeeping, F&B, Reservation, PBX, Engineering and other departments to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

Knowledge and Skills
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the health club or spa
  • Excellent management skills and strong relationships with colleagues; ability for upward mobility
  • Optimal communication with guests
  • Excellent English, maths and psychometric abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Opera, Book4time, Birchstreet and Abhrilsoft
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Outgoing personality and ease with customers
Master Your Craft
  • Actively involved in new cleaning protocols, training of therapists, standard testing and product‑knowledge training of all spa and sports centre staff
  • Ensures the department is kept organised, maximises efficiency and productivity, and achieves established goals; promotes harmony between all departments
  • Assists the Department Head and Spa Assistant Manager in motivating and developing a skilled team, leads by example, and cultivates a culture of continuous learning and improvement; participates in Employee Relations activities and programmes; displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers
  • Sets example for standards execution, testing and action‑planning to achieve product and service goals
  • Assists in preparing annual plans, forecasts and managing expenses to meet departmental budgetary goals
  • Represents the Department Head and Spa Assistant Manager in their absence
  • Maintains all inventories for the spa, sports centre and/or KFAS; places purchase orders accordingly
  • Tracks and develops statistical reports for the spa (e.g., turn‑away reports, treatment occupancy, peak periods, revenue per therapist, revenue per occupied room, number of massages per therapist)
  • Assists the Department Head and Spa Assistant Manager in developing operation manuals and training programmes for the spa and sports centre
  • Trains, schedules, monitors employee performance, discipline and completes payrolls for all personnel with guidance from the Department Head; monitors housekeeping standards and mechanical effectiveness, reports deficiencies, follows up; monitors operating expenses and guest supplies and generates necessary purchase requisitions
  • Ensures all sports‑centre equipment functions properly without inconveniencing guests and members; keeps operational supplies stocked; communicates with the department head and assistant spa manager; maintains an organised administration of departmental and personnel records, including rostering and leave planning; ensures adherence to the code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards
