As a Software Engineer II at Microsoft you’ll be part of a team of world‑class engineers leveraging cutting‑edge Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies to deliver modern, scalable and бас intelligent systems that drive the Microsoft business forward. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited Horizonte, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
• Programming skills in one or more languages: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, C++.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks or similar technologies.
• Business level fluency to read, write and speak English and Spanish.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  OR equivalent experience.
  
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Familiarity withtym AI/ML fundamentals, tools (like Azure ML, OpenAI), or data analytics workflows.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Cloud Native Architecture with solid understanding of cost management, scalability and observability.
• Curiosity, collaboration mindset and a passion for solving real‑world customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable cloud‑based data, analytics, automation and tooling solutions using modern data platforms and Cloud services.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services and ML models to enhance system intelligence and user productivity.
• Apply engineering top‑industry practices ਵਿਚ you design and deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions. Own your solution end‑to‑end through design, implementation and operations.
• Implement robust Saat monitoring, logging and alerting for proactive issue detection. Leverage telemetry and usage analytics to understand customer behaviour and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across stakeholders, product managers and other engineers to deliver integrated, customer‑focused experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution of Microsoft’s data platforms through technical feedback and innovation.
• Embody and champion our and and continuous learning.
• Additional areas may include: ETL Pipelines: building and managing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines. Data Visualization: represent key data insights visually to provide meaningful information to end users.
