We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with a L2 role
• Strong in Unix
• Strong in writing SQL queries
• AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable
• Knowledge of any other scripting/coding languages – preferably Java

Responsibilities

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
• Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery; continually focus on enhancing application performance.
• Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
• Provide technical feedback and support to development teams; perform detailed RCA of issues in production and implement corrective actions.
• AWS certification is an added advantage.
